Getting Fit for Hiking

We often get asked questions such as “Where do I start?” or “How do I get fit for hiking?”

This is a major stumbling block for many people and unfortunately for some, this is as far as they get. Others don’t do enough training and end up having a terrible time on their trek.

TrekFit Australia doesn’t want that to be you!

We have used our experience and knowledge to ensure that you are confident and ready for your hiking adventure. We have designed and road tested pre-trek training programs that include all of the key elements for getting you fit.


Our Programs

All of our programs incorporate cardio fitness, strength and conditioning and motivational tips and advice. All the hard work is done for you!

TrekFit Australia’s Guides are experienced trekkers who will inspire and challenge you to love being and feeling fit.
